About
Businesses that stand for something, built to last.
Plenty of owner-operators do the mahi and still get held back by the things underneath: the numbers, the funding, the systems. That is the gap I work in - turning hard work into a business that is strong, profitable and here for the long run.
Most owners are so busy running the day-to-day that they never get room to lead it. A big part of what I do is handing that room back - taking the weight off the everyday so you can work on the business, not just in it, and see the results show up where it counts.
A lot of the businesses I back are Māori and Pasifika owned. When they do well, it is never just them that benefits - it is their whānau and their community too. That is the kaupapa behind the work.
South Auckland born and raised. Practical over theoretical, straight over polished. If something is not working, I will tell you.
